I can no longer hold pups without deposits the deposit is $200 non refundable. When the deposit is received I will THEN mark the pup On Hold when the balance for the pup is recieved I will then mark the pup sold.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. -Unless puppy dies or develops a defect or incurable illness, while still in my home, Your deposit will be refunded to you,Other good homes are passed up while a puppy is on hold. PLEASE be very sure that you want the puppy before paying a deposit.With so many inquiries on certain puppies,and some people not following through on sending a deposit.All puppies will remain available to others until your deposit or payment is received. You may want to overnight your deposit or payment, its a very good service for a very reasonable cost if you are worried about not getting the puppy that you want.
We accept personal checks for deposits only.We do not accept Cashiers checks.
If you decide to pick up your puppy up from our home or meeting arrangements are made, we ask that final payment be made IN Cash, or Postal Money Order (NO Personal Checks PLEASE)
Puppy must be paid for in FULL(BEFORE IT LEAVES MY HOME) PLUS Shipping Charges at least 7 days prior to shipping (payment received 7 days prior, NOT sent within the 7 days before shipping). We request final payment be made by Cash, Postal Money Order. Shipping is an additional $350.00 plus the price of the puppy.Buyer pays all Shipping costs.
Current vaccinations, Veterinarian examination, Health certificate, Health guarantee, Pedigree, Travel crate If being shipped.Vaccinations are to be given at 6-8, 12, & 16 weeks.
Puppies will not leave my home until at least 8 to 12 weeks of age or until I feel they are ready to be shipped.It is my belief that a puppy isn't emotionally stable if the puppy is sold under 2 months of age.The safety of my pups come first.We feel this gives the puppy good socialization time with its mother.
Most puppies can be flown home between 10-12 weeks old.

We will Ship from Lafayette La. I ONLY FLY CONTINENTAL .If you want to fly to my airport and pick up your puppy in person that is fine with me I will make arrangements to hand deliver your pup.You take care of the flight arrangements.
Federal regulations require that pets be at least 8 weeks old and weaned at least 5 days before flying.Puppies come Registered/registerable a.k.c. Current vaccinations, Veterinarian examination, Health guarantee, Pedigree,( Travel crate If being shipped.)

Bluecajun shihtzu's TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
THE SALE OF THIS A.K.C. PUREBRED SHIH-TZU DOG IS MADE UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The total price is $____________ with Limited registration, Shipping is not included.
2. 72 HOUR VET CHECK/HEALTHY PUP GUARANTEE PROVISION
If within the time frame of 72 hours, the puppy is found unhealthy, buyer has the option of returning puppy to the breeder/seller. )Warranty is given for any life-threatening congenital disease.Buyer must contact breeder/seller within 72 hours with his/her intent to return the puppy. Buyer must return the puppy within 10 business days or in a time frame agreeable to buyer and seller. An exchange puppy or to be placed on a waiting list for the next available puppy replacement are the choices. The puppy must be returned with a letter of diagnosis from a licensed vet stating diagnosis/reason for return. Umbilical ,inguinal hernias or stegnotic nares are easily repaired at the time of spaying or neutering and is not a reason for returning puppy. Breeder/seller is not responsible for any vet bills after the purchase date.( for puppy replacement due to death of a congenital problem)Buyer must take dog to a vet within this time frame or contract is VOID..Please send me copy of vet exam after visit for my records.
3. This contract'''' DOES NOT'''' COVER THE FOLLOWING
*We do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia , Parasites, worms,Viral or Bacterial Infections. Seller will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona virus ,kennel cough ,coccidia after 72 hrs, as these are such highly contagious diseases they can be contracted immediately after leaving Seller.Contract does not cover the following,Eye problems, ear problems, skin problems, giardia, worms, bite, luxating patellas, hips, hernias, temperament , undescended testicles, or Stenotic nares (pinched nostrils) is a common abnormality found most commonly in(flat faced) brachycephalic dogs. At no time will your credit exceed the purchase price of your puppy. You must have a vet statement of "why" the dog passed away and a death certificate from the vet
4.Monies are non-refundable. Contract will be terminated if all monies due, are not received by seller at the time the puppy is 7 weeks of age. Registration fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. To the best of the seller’s knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and Infectious diseases at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made or implied. If the buyer believes this puppy is to be sick, the animal should be immediately taken to a veterinarian of the buyer’s choice at the buyer’s expense.
6. A six(6) month after sale Replacement Warranty is given for any life-threatening '''congenital disease not common to the brachycephalic breeds that caused said puppy to expire. A notarized Veterinarian Report with findings stating, to a medical certainty, that the death was in fact caused from the prenatal state will be required. Buyers will be required to send the notarized Vet’s Report by registered mail along with all of the puppy’s medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. The Seller will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value and the same gender, from the next available litter. Replacement Warranty will be terminated if puppy was found to be abused, neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records.
7. As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-worming. Buyer has been informed of these. His warranty does not cover diseases for which vaccinations could prevent.
8. The seller will assume no shipping costs associated with the sale or Replacement Warranty.No cash refunds; replacement only.
Breeder/seller is not responsibile for shipping charges or any kind of charges incurred to replace a puppy/dog. No other provisions, aside from those detailed herein, will be made after the purchase date. We have read the contract, understand the terms, and acknowledge the receipt of or a copy of the contract. We are not relying on verbal or written statements not contained herein. Buyer understands and agrees that noncompliance of any or all of the terms of this health guarantee/purchase agreement will void the guarantee. Any litigations will be held in Terrebonne Parish in Louisiana
9. The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, allergy or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left the seller’s premises.
10. The size a puppy will grow to, as an adult, is only an estimate based on seller’s experience and traits recognition. No guarantees are made as to adult size.
11. The seller does not guarantee the color of said dog. Because the breed is normally double-coated, their color may become lighter or darker as they age and grow, and will almost always be lighter if the dog is shaved down, as the undercoat is lighter.
12.All puppies are sold as Pets with Limited AKC papers.
A.K.C. papers will be released to you with proof from your vet that the dog has been spayed or nuetured, we do not guarantee the ability of your Pup to bred or showTerms: Buyer understands that spay or neuter is required for this puppy.
Buyer further understands that Seller will hold the registration paperwork from A.K.C.
for this puppy until the puppy is six months of age, at which time the puppy will be old enough to be
spayed/neutered. Buyer understands that failure to provide proof of spay/neuter by the time the puppy is
six months old will void all warranties stated within the sales contract. Proof of spay/neuter must be a
receipt from the veterinarian giving the date of the procedure, the exact procedure performed, and the
veterinary clinic name, address and phone number. Buyer understands that in the event that the sales
contract is voided, the registration papers for the puppy will not be released to the Buyer.
Seller guarantees release of the registration paperwork for the puppy upon presentation of proof that the puppy has been spayed or neutered, proof of said surgery shall be sent to Bluecajunshihtzus by the buyer’s veterinarian. The AKC Limited Registration Certificate will be provided to buyer upon receipt of spay or neuter.
Breeder does not guarantee size, color or breedability. If you choose not spay or nueture you will not recieve any registration papers on dog.
13. Buyer agrees that no charge backs will be filed through credit card companies or paypal on this transaction for any reason.Pay

Buyer agrees that no charge back will be filed through credit card companies or papal on this transaction for any reason.I the person on this letter have paid for a Puppy using my Credit Card(or payments made for you by other parties on their credit card) I agree to fore go ANY charge back for ANY reason under their NO REFUND policy. I understand any problems will be dealt with outside of a charge back credit directly with Bluecajunshihtzus. I Understand I will NOT be credited back on my Credit Card account for any reason if I cancel the sale, or are dissatisfied with purchase. I will get replacement pup when proof of refund is deemed necessary. Buyer's acceptance of any animals agrees that this transaction was consummated within the state of Louisiana and consents to the application of all Louisiana Laws and to the jurisdiction of Louisiana. Should a dispute arise out of this transaction. Buyer further agrees that should he default in any obligation of this agreement, he shall be responsible for all attorney fees and court costs involved in the prosecution of this action. Acceptance constitutes An agreement to pay the above listed price and totals, with in agreed terms.

15. Any disputes will be litigated in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana USA at the buyer’s expense.
